When conducting the criminal record check, we assess whether candidates have been convicted of serious or very serious offences, intentional offences against property, the financial system, information technology, the economy or the civil service, corruption-related offences, or any other crimes that may pose a significant threat to critical infrastructure, confidential information, or result in reputational risk.

The criminal record check is a proportionate and necessary measure that helps ensure the MB “Tvirtas baitas” team consists only of reliable specialists who meet the highest ethical standards.
