We are looking for a proactive, tech-savvy Head of Partnerships to strengthen and grow relationships with our strategic enterprise clients. Our core business is the creation and management of dedicated IT teams: we build, maintain and support teams that work on our clients’ development, maintenance and operational needs. In this role, you will act as a trusted partner: understanding the client’s business specifics, ensuring smooth cooperation between teams, and proactively contributing to the client’s long-term success.
Main responsibilities
  • Oversee service performance, including risk management, productivity improvement and change management
  • Ensure operational excellence - manage incidents, ensure compliance, support decision-making with leadership and contribute to long-term account vision
  • Support enterprise clients in shaping their IT strategy and aligning it with our delivery capabilities
  • Optimize teams and participate in talent selection
  • Identify and leverage new synergy opportunities to grow and strengthen client value
  • Drive new client acquisition and lead the final sales stages
  • Deliver pilot projects, initiate service delivery and ensure smooth client onboarding
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree (IT, Business Administration or Sales is a plus)
  • Experience with IT project management or account management
  • Experience with Atlassian Jira, Confluence and MS Office
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Basic legal knowledge, including the ability to understand and interpret fundamental legal principles
  • Experience working in Agile teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian and English
Nice to have
  • Experience with B2B sales
  • Scrum Master experience
  • Agile Coach experience

  • Salary between 5500 - 6500 gross / month.
    The salary offer for the candidate is determined based on the predefined salary ranges for the position and depends on the candidate's level of competence and experience.
Hiring process
  • Application Review. We’ll contact shortlisted candidates to schedule a first-round interview
  • Initial Interview. Initial Interview. The first interview will be conducted by our HR team member and will focus on understanding your background, motivation for applying and clarify any questions about the role.
  • Interview with CEO. This interview involves deeper discussions around team dynamics, long term alignment, and cultural fit.
  • Cognitive/Intellectual abilities test. A brief assessment to evaluate problem-solving, logical thinking, and analytical skills.
