The ideal candidate will be in charge of the organization and efficiency of daily office operations. From scheduling meetings to communicating with colleagues, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks professionally and on time.

Main responsibilities
- Manage the office supplies provision (and at some point colleagues) to ensure effective communication both internally and externally
- Supervise the maintenance of office areas, equipment, and facilities
- Organize fun monthly activities, team building, and team lunches
- Do not ever forget birthdays, anniversaries, or other essential celebrations
- Help to source and communicate with candidates in the hiring process
- Be the help colleagues need ☀️
Requirements
- Proficiency in Google workspace or MS Office package
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian and English
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Ability to work independently and bring new ideas
- It would be nice if you have relevant experience 🚀🚀🚀
