We are looking for a proactive Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team in Kaunas (or partially remote). Join a cross-functional team working on an internal data management subsystem and an administrative portal, with a strong focus on new feature development in a microservices-based Agile environment. Collaborate with the team to review and validate client requirements, design and maintain both manual and automated tests, while ensuring the platform’s quality and stability.
Main responsibilities
  • Creating and maintaining test plans and documentation
  • Functional, regression, and integration testing of web-based systems
  • Manual testing of new features and existing systems
  • Writing and maintaining automated end-to-end (E2E) tests
  • Collaborating with QA specialists on the client side to align QA processes
Requirements
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in QA
  • Experience in manual testing of web-based systems
  • Experience writing automated end-to-end (E2E) tests
  • Experience testing REST APIs
Nice to have
  • Familiarity with Playwright or similar tools and Python for test automation
  • Experience with TypeScript or .NET (C#)
  • Experience testing REST or GraphQL APIs and using API testing tools (e.g., Postman)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Docker

    The salary offer for the candidate is determined based on the predefined salary ranges for the position and depends on the candidate's level of competence and experience.
Hiring process
  • Application Review. We’ll contact shortlisted candidates to schedule a first-round interview
  • Initial Interview. The first interview will be conducted by our HR team member and will focus on understanding your background, motivation for applying and clarify any questions about the role
  • Technical Interview. The second interview with the senior team member will be focused on your technical skills. This could include case study, problem-solving questions or a coding challenge
  • Final Interview. The final interview with the hiring manager and the client involves deeper discussions around team dynamics, long-term alignment, and cultural fit
  • Offer & Onboarding. If selected, we will extend a job offer with details on compensation and next steps
