Quality Assurance Engineer
Quality Assurance Engineer • Kaunas, Lithuania • Full TimeWe are looking for a QA Specialist to join our growing team working on client’s self-service platform. You will become part of a highly collaborative, cross-functional team, building and maintaining internal system and customer-facing services.
Main responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to develop and maintain high-quality internal systems and customer-facing features
- Perform manual testing of web applications
- Create and maintain test scenarios based on business requirements
- Identify inconsistencies, edge cases, and potential quality issues
- Support the team by documenting bugs, validating fixes, and ensuring the release quality
- Gradually grow into writing automated tests (Postman for API, Selenium with Python for UI)
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in an IT QA role
- Experience testing web UIs across various devices and browsers
- Understanding of HTTP methods, status codes, and JSON
- Ability to write clear test cases and analyze requirements for completeness and accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward improving quality
- Willingness to learn automated testing tools (Postman, Selenium with Python)
Nice to have
- Experience testing REST APIs with Postman
- Basic knowledge of writing automated UI tests with Selenium (Python)
- Familiarity with GitLab CI/CD workflows
- Experience interacting with SOAP APIs

- Salary between 3000 – 4000 gross / month.
Salary offer for the candidate is determined based on the predefined salary ranges for the position and depends on the candidate's level of competence and experience.
Hiring process
- Application Review. We’ll contact shortlisted candidates to schedule a first-round interview
- Initial Interview. The first interview will be conducted by our HR team member and will focus on understanding your background, motivation for applying and clarify any questions about the role
- Technical Interview. The second interview with the senior team member will be focused on your technical skills. This could include case study, problem-solving questions or a coding challenge
- Final Interview. The final interview with the hiring manager and the client involves deeper discussions around team dynamics, long-term alignment, and cultural fit
- Criminal Record Check. In line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and our commitment to protecting critical information systems, proportionate criminal record checks are conducted for certain roles, including this position.
