Our team is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us in Kaunas, Lithuania. We are looking for someone to support the growth of our IT teams and strengthening our employer brand.
Main responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment process
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs
  • Ensure smooth and professional candidate experience
  • Drive employer branding initiatives, including campaigns on social media, events, and partnerships that enhance the company’s visibility in the tech talent market
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in talent acquisition, with a strong emphasis on IT recruitment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, adaptable and people focused mindset
Nice to have
  • Experience with Jira
  • Experience with Canva

  • Salary between 2800 - 3800 gross / month.
    The salary offer for the candidate is determined based on the predefined salary ranges for the position and depends on the candidate's level of competence and experience.
Hiring process
  • Application Review. We’ll contact shortlisted candidates to schedule a first-round interview
  • Initial Interview. The first interview will be conducted by our HR team member and will focus on understanding your background, motivation for applying and clarify any questions about the role
  • Technical Interview. The second interview with the hiring manager will be focused on your technical skills. This could include case study, problem-solving questions
  • Final Interview. The final interview with the hiring manager involves deeper discussions around team dynamics, long-term alignment, and cultural fit
  • Offer & Onboarding. If selected, we will extend a job offer with details on compensation and next steps
