We are looking for a skilled and experienced Business Systems Analyst with a technical background. You will join a dynamic team delivering a new system and its internal integrations. You will ensure clear requirements and smooth delivery in an Agile environment.
Main responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare and define requirements for financial system development, including internal integrations
  • Analyze and define existing systems’ development needs
  • Document epics, features, user stories, and create visual diagrams (UML, BPMN, etc.)
  • Apply Agile principles to support backlog refinement, set priorities, manage risks, and contribute to Scrum ceremonies
  • Coordinate and manage integrations with external systems, ensuring smooth communication
  • Ensure regulatory compliance while keeping usability in mind
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Hands-on experience with REST API integrations across systems
  • Strong requirements documentation skills (Azure DevOps or similar tools)
  • Experience defining epics, features, user stories, Definitions of Done, and acceptance criteria
  • Experience with SQL databases
  • Fluent in Lithuanian and English
Nice to have
  • Experience with Azure DevOps
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Previous QA experience

    The salary offer for the candidate is determined based on the predefined salary ranges for the position and depends on the candidate's level of competence and experience.
Hiring process
  • Application Review. We’ll contact shortlisted candidates to schedule a first-round interview
  • Initial Interview. The first interview will be conducted by our HR team member and will focus on understanding your background, motivation for applying and clarify any questions about the role
  • Technical Interview. The second interview with the senior team member will be focused on your technical skills. This could include case study, problem-solving questions or a coding challenge
  • Final Interview. The final interview with the hiring manager and the client involves deeper discussions around team dynamics, long-term alignment, and cultural fit
  • Offer & Onboarding. If selected, we will extend a job offer with details on compensation and next steps
