DevOps Engineer
DevOps Engineer • Kaunas, Lithuania • Full TimeOur team is looking for a DevOps Engineer to join us in Kaunas, Lithuania (or remotely) to help scale and secure the digital future of a leading financial services company. This position involves managing high-impact financial systems, ensuring the reliability of self-service platforms, and building the infrastructure that powers everything from leasing modules to secure mobile-ID integrations.
Main responsibilities
- Research, evaluate, architect, and deploy new tools, frameworks, and infrastructure patterns to build sustainable cloud solutions for our clients
- Orchestrate and optimize Kubernetes (AKS/EKS) clusters to handle fluctuating loads for core applications
- Own and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps (Azure Pipelines) and related infrastructure components to enable reliable, zero-downtime releases
- Stay on top of the latest security best practices to protect sensitive financial data and comply with industry regulations
- Share knowledge and mentor team members, contributing to a culture of continuous learning
- Lead initiatives independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer with strong Azure cloud expertise (other cloud platforms may also be considered)
- Hands-on experience with Linux
- Deep expertise in containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong knowledge of GitOps tools, specifically ArgoCD and Helm
- Good understanding of cloud-native services, such as API gateways, serverless functions, and managed databases
- Experience with monitoring and logging stacks e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK
- Proficient communication in English
Nice to have
- Experience in the financial or high-scale SaaS sector
- Experience working with .NET-based applications

The salary offer for the candidate is determined based on the predefined salary ranges for the position and depends on the candidate's level of competence and experience.
Hiring process
- Application Review. We’ll contact shortlisted candidates to schedule a first-round interview
- Initial Interview. The first interview will be conducted by our HR team member and will focus on understanding your background, motivation for applying and clarify any questions about the role
- Technical Interview. The second interview with the senior team member will be focused on your technical skills. This could include case study, problem-solving questions or a coding challenge
- Final Interview. The final interview with the hiring manager and the client involves deeper discussions around team dynamics, long-term alignment, and cultural fit
- Offer & Onboarding. If selected, we will extend a job offer with details on compensation and next steps
