Quality Assurance Engineer
Quality Assurance Engineer • Kaunas, Lithuania • Full TimeJoin a strong cross-functional team working on an internal data management subsystem and an administrative portal. While part of the work involves support and evolution of existing systems, the core focus is on new feature development, based on microservices architecture and Agile methodologies.
You'll be part of a collaborative environment, testing new client requests, writing automated and manual tests, planning QA activities, and improving the overall quality and stability of the platform.
Main responsibilities
- Functional, regression, and integration testing of web-based systems
- Writing and maintaining automated tests (front-end & back-end)
- Manual testing of new features and existing systems
- Creating and maintaining test plans and documentation
- Aligning QA processes with other dedicated QA specialists on the client side
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in QA
- Experience writing automated tests
- Experience with GraphQL & REST APIs
- Familiarity with Playwright or similar tools
Nice to have
- Python / TypeScript / .NET (C#)
- CI/CD pipelines
- Docker
- Postman

Salary offer for the candidate is determined based on the predefined salary ranges for the position and depends on the candidate's level of competence and experience.
Hiring process
- Application Review. We’ll contact shortlisted candidates to schedule a first-round interview
- Initial Interview. The first interview will be conducted by our HR team member and will focus on understanding your background, motivation for applying and clarify any questions about the role
- Technical Interview. The second interview with the senior team member will be focused on your technical skills. This could include case study, problem-solving questions or a coding challenge
- Final Interview. The final interview with the hiring manager and the client involves deeper discussions around team dynamics, long-term alignment, and cultural fit
- Offer & Onboarding. If selected, we will extend a job offer with details on compensation and next steps
